Hi, I’m Lauren Whatley! I’ve provided high-end creative support to luxury brands for over 15 years. Equipped with my own computer, phone and professional tools, I offer seamless remote outsourcing services.

Whether you’re looking for just a few hours of admin work or to outsource an entire design project - I’ve got you covered!

Luxury-Level Support, Without the Overhead

A woman with blonde hair, wearing a dark navy blue blouse, sitting at a dark wooden table with a large window behind her showing green trees and a blue sky.
A modern bedroom with a large white bed, black and white pillows, two black nightstands with matching lamps, framed mirrors, a pink flower arrangement, and a beige bench at the foot of the bed.

How does it work?

We start with a discovery call to learn about your potential project that needs outsourcing. Based on your needs, I’ll create a tailored contract. We’ll set up shared folders on Google Drive to make sure I have all the information needed to get started. Then, I’ll work behind the scenes and check in at your desired pace.

See Package options below. Invoices can be broken out and labeled per project/client for easy billing on your end. Select a package that fits your goals and budget!

Modern bathroom with black vanity, round mirror, gold fixtures, marble-patterned shower door, black and white hex tile floor.

What design programs are available?

My computer is equipped with AutoCAD 2D and tools such as Canva, Floorplanner, Asana, Loom, SketchUp, and the full Google Workspace suite. I also have extensive experience with industry-standard programs including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), 2O2O, ProjectSpec, and other architectural & design software. Please note: if project work requires updates to files such as Revit or 2O2O, the client will need to provide access via an active license.
