How does it work?

We start with a discovery call to learn about your potential project that needs outsourcing. Based on your needs, I’ll create a tailored contract. We’ll set up shared folders to make sure I have all the information needed to get started. Then, I’ll work behind the scenes and check in at your desired pace.

What design programs are available?

My computer is equipped with AutoCAD 2D and tools such as Canva, Floorplanner, Asana, SketchUp, and the full Google Workspace suite. I also have extensive experience with industry-standard programs including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), CAP2O2O, ProjectSpec, and other architectural & design software. Please note: if project work requires updates to files such as Revit or 2O2O, the client will need to provide access via an active license.

  • Manage general FF&E spreadsheets including shipping/delivery

Client Experience Management

  • Front-facing client communication - client on-boarding, discovery calls, weekly touch points, and project updates

Real Estate

  • Listing coordination and property insights

  • Gather data and research including comparative market analysis’

  • Digital marketing campaigns - design email blasts or create reels featuring current listings and upcoming open house dates

  • Design custom flyers, brochures or printed marketing materials to take to open houses (or send via mail)

Operations & Administration

  • Trade account management

  • Schedule & confirm calendar appointments

  • Organize project selections into client-friendly presentations

  • New client lead generation & CRM follow up for referrals

  • Research and schedule photographer for finished project photoshoots

Event Coordination

  • Book necessary venues, catering, florists, etc. for launch parties, open houses, holiday parties, team building activities or similar

  • Manage guest list and RSVPs

  • Process invoices and payments for vendors
